Our mission is to ensure East Tulsa’s community can prosper in their neighborhoods by strategically coordinating and convening holistic economic development of the area. We provide resources, tools, and services to build assets, foster entrepreneurship and preserve the authenticity of East Tulsa neighborhoods.

We envision being the heartland’s proof of a strong and sustainable community, where residents have a sense of belonging, pride in their neighborhood, and pathways for upward mobility.
